Go To DiPS Website
This will open a browser window straight to the DiPS website.

Start DiPS
This will check to ensure DiPS is not running and start the DiPS application.

This will open a browser window straight to the DiPS online Help.
Note: A DiPS assigned logon and password is required to gain access to the online help.
Please contact DiPS if you require one.

E-mail Mass File To DiPS
This tool will compress your current DiPS mass file and create an e-mail dialog with the file "mass.cab" attached.
You can then add contact details and a descriptive message to the e-mail and send it straight to DiPS.

E-mail Archived Mass File
This will open a dialog for you to select an archived mass file and e-mail it to DiPS as described above.

E-mail a File to DiPS
This will open a dialog for you to select any file and e-mail it to DiPS as described above.

Clear Corrupt Mass File
This tool will clear your DiPS mass file to allow you to start fresh. This is helpful if DiPS is stuck in a loop which you cannot fix.
This tool will close DiPS, rename your mass file and give you the option to e-mail it to DiPS. You can then go back into DiPS and you will be presented with the option to create a new study or retrieve a backup.

Force Close DiPS
If you are having trouble accessing any of the DiPS files, logging in or closing DiPS, this will ensure DiPS is not running on your computer.

Backup / Restore Style File
this option will backup and restore Style files. A backup will make a copy of the current style fiel so that use display columns and graphics option can be saved, whilst a restore will update the settings with the characteristics of the chosen file.

Clear Style File
If you need to reset your style back to default headings, window sizes, etc. Use this tool to select the style file with your username and it will delete the style, allowing you to recreate it with default settings.
